A-75 Apple Fiber
A-75 Apple Fiber derived from dried and dehydrated apples, with no chemical additive added during the production process. It is Gluten-free, Phytic-acid-free, processed under Heat treatment (Low number of bacteria) and contains No Potential Allergen.
Total dietary fiber content: about 60%, with 45% insoluble fiber and 15% soluble fiber
Water binding capacity: about 450 %
