NovaSoy ® is a plant-based product, which derived from non-GMO soybean. Isoflavone is a kind of flavonoid that exists in beans. There's about 0.2% to 0.4% of isoflavone in a single soybean. Soybeans contain 12 kinds of isoflavone in different structures. The main isoflavone found in soybeans is genistein which has a similar structure to estrogen, therefore, is also known as a phytoestrogen.
Recommended doses: 40 mg of isoflavone per day.
